I appreciate her clear way of communicating and her ability to look for the Health of the client while assisting them in focusing on problematic areas. She has a natural talent for helping clients believe in themselves when they are facing various significant health challenges. Sabine is a true expert in the field of Nutrition and Health.
Sabine was a key part of my niece’s recovery. She helped my niece understand and respect the crucial connection between her physiological symptoms and her emotional world. Sabine also facilitated team work between the various medical and mental health providers we were working with. Sabine's clear instructions and goal setting enabled me to confidently support my niece in her healing process so she could thrive once again--which she is indeed doing.
I was really suffering with a long list of allusive aliments when I arrived in Sabine's office. I kept loosing more weight, was throwing up all the time, had no appetite and was so malnourished my hair was falling out! My doctors kept pleading with me to put on some weight: "eat more! eat cheeseburgers, eat ice cream," but the more I ate the sicker and thinner I got. After just a few short weeks of analyzing my daily food intake situation, Sabine quickly realized that I had developed food allergies to basically everything I was eating because I was emotionally very stressed. She quickly referred me to an allergy clinic where her suspicions were confirmed. With Sabine's expertise, I learned to understand how my feelings caused my symptoms. A corrective food plan helped my body heal and Sabine’s support helped me heal myself.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Sabine (Anna) for over 20 years, first as fellow students and now as colleagues. I have always been impressed with her ability to evaluate, question and investigate nutrition research, philosophies and treatment and bring it down to a user friendly level. She is an asset to our profession.
